OSS Introduction

Service Contracts, Technicians, and Service Calls What do all of these things have in common? Well, if you are in the service industry you know that these are some of the core aspects used to run your business. Each of these (and others) plays a key role in helping your company to grow and stay profitable. As it happens, these three things are as important to us as they are to you. We understand how each one can help or hurt your business if they are not used properly or to their best ability. So, this begs the question, who is Optimum Service Solutions? Im glad you asked!

Optimum Service Solutions (OSS) was created to make it easier for you and your company to be more profitable. Specifically, we concentrate on the Service Agreements, Service Contracts, and Service Plans that you may or may not already sell to your customers. How do we make it easier for you to sell a Service Agreement to your customers you might ask? Very simply put, we provide a way for you to sell your Service Contract, Service Agreements, or Service Plans online easily and flexibly with little to no changes to your existing website. The best part about our products and services is that we are not industry specific. This means that if you work in the HVAC, Computer Consulting/Repair, Pest Control, Auto Repairs, Veterinary, or any other industry that sells some form of Service Agreement to augment your existing services, we CAN help you to be more profitable in your business.

Now you might ask yourself, why would I need to sell my Service Agreements online? I have had no problem selling them myself or via my technicians. We here at OSS understand that face to face selling of your Service Agreements is an invaluable way to get your customers hooked on the idea of needing a Service Contract in one form or another. We also understand that at the time of service your customer(s) may not be ready to purchase an agreement and may want to think about it for a little while. However, we understand more importantly, that if you have a company website, you may be giving up valuable selling opportunities to your visitors looking for more than just information on what you have to offer. We solve both of these problems and others with our Service Plan Builder Module and our Customer Service Portal Module. You can view more information on each of these modules on our Website.

That helps you to understand who OSS is. Now let me explain to you how and why this blog will become an important resource for you and your business going forward. Although this is the first entry for the OSS Blog, future posts will help to answer some of the perplexing questions that you may not be able to find answers to elsewhere. We will concentrate on the service industry as a whole and offer and point you to valuable information that may help you to understand the importance of Service Plans to you and your company. If you are a company that is not currently offering Service Contracts, we will help you understand the ins and outs of how to implement them the right way. If your company already offers Service Agreements, we will provide resources and information on how to insure you are offering them in the best way possible.

Like the infomercial always says But wait, theres more…” We will also use this blog as a place for you to find opinions and advice on other aspects of the service industry (sorry no gin sue knives). We will leave no question un-answered and no stone un-turned as we tackle every aspect of the service industry. So, send us your questions and we will do our best to answer them within one of our blog posts. And if we cant answer your question, we will do whatever we can to point you in the right direction to find the answers you need.
